Enrichment Specialist (Activities / Caregiver, Adult Day Program)

Location : Mary’s Place – Sun City, AZ

Pay Rate : $16.85 / hr | ($18.72 / hr if Certified Creative Aging Teaching)

Schedule : Full-Time 40 hrs per week between 8am-5pm Monday–Friday

About the Role :

Join our dedicated team at Mary’s Place, where you’ll play a key role in enriching the lives of adults in our day program. As an Enrichment Specialist, you’ll assess, develop, and implement individualized Essential Lifestyle Plans, supporting members in achieving their personal preferences and goals. You’ll also assist with personal hygiene, meal / snack service, and daily engagement activities that promote connection, creativity, and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For :

• Current Arizona resident able to reliably commute daily to the Peoria / Sun City area.
• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or  4 years of experience working with Geriatrics and / or Individuals with Alzheimers, Dementia, Stroke, Parkinsons in an adult day program or healthcare setting (may substitute for degree).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain : Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, and Negative TB Test or Chest X-ray (we provide support for certification costs).
