Clinical Educator - Imaging Services

Complexity of Work : Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. Required Work Experience : Five (5) years of experience as a Technologist in a hospital environment.Two (2) years' facilitating learning / professional development. Other Information :

• Department Specific Licensure
• Ultrasound : RDMS in Ob and ultrasound as well as an additional certification in adult ECHO, vascular, or neuro. Nuclear Medicine : Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine ARRT or NMTCB. ‐ MRI : Registered Technologist ARRT (RT, MR) CT : Registered Technologist ARRT (RT, CT). Pediatric Specific : Registered as a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer in Pediatric Echo (RDCS‐PE) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or as a Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or Fetal Echocardiography Registry.Additional Education Info : Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine or Ultrasound program.Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
