ICP Group is looking to hire a Site Level EHS Manager for multiple facilities located in Tampa, FL . The Site Level EHS Manager will have facility oversight and lead the implementation of EHS management systems for ICP Building Solutions Group offices and manufacturing centers in Tampa, FL. The position is office-based in Tampa, FL with the ability to travel overnight to other locations up to 25% of the time. This position will report to the Regional EHS Manager for this territory.
You will be a member of the plant leadership teams and assist in implementing process safety, occupational safety, employee health, industrial hygiene, behavioral based safety, and environmental compliance programs. The Site Level EHS Manager will work closely with the corporate EHS Team to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable regulations (including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, DOT) and standardized processes across the organization.
This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to :
Proactively manage risks and mitigate hazards for the company.
Assist in the development and presentation of standardized training.
Manage site data including number of employees, hours worked, OSHA logs, incident reporting, KPIs, etc.
Maintain EHS compliance and timely reporting (e.g. permits, licenses, and maintaining appropriate records) for federal, state and local laws and applicable agency regulations.
Interact with and manage customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and attorneys.
Partners with site manager and EHS staff to ensure regulatory compliance, drive employee engagement, and safety culture improvements.
