Job descriptionStop pay : $25.00 per stop with 8-10 stops per week Bonuses Unlimited driver referral bonuses Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks : Medical, dental and vision, prescription drug insurance Company paid life insurance Paid Personal Time Off Starts at Day 1 - 80 hours accrued in First Year 12 weeks of PAID Maternity Leave Immediate 401k rollover and contributions with company match at one year Uniform & Boot Allowance Cell Phone allowance Quality Employee Discounts Ryder will buy your truck if you're looking to switch from Owner Operator to a Company Employee DriverHome Time, Route & Schedule : Start Time : Mainly late afternoon to late night dispatch times Fri - Tues work week, off every Wed and Thurs Route : KS, OK Touch freight – food & home goods Day cab Dry van or Reefer, 53' 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience within the last 10 years HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures Must live within 30 miles of Hutchinson, KS Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace. A local truck driving job typically consists of transporting freight within a 200-mile radius, allowing the driver to complete their deliveries and return home the same day. - Average Weekly Pay : $1,100-$1,300
59 CPM with 1,600-1,900 miles per week
Sign on bonus : $2,000- $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days
Great company benefits starting after 30 days
DO NOT LOSE Paid Personal Time Policy - Ryder encourages you to use Vacation Time earned. If you decide not to use it – Ryder will pay you the remaining balance at your hourly pay rate.
