Position Description :
The position reports to the OEM Remarketing and interacts with many groups within OEM including but not limited to OEM Credit Lease, OEM Credit Liquidation, OEM DVO, OEM RAV, and the OEM Company Garage. The main reasonability of this job is to ensure the flow of vehicles from retrieved by auctions, to setting for sale and being sold and reported accurately and timely.
Job Responsibilities :
- Resolve problems / issues that delay timely disposal of OEM Remarketing vehicles at auction.
- Manage daily vehicle retrievals and retrieval rate table.
- Ensure vehicle holds are not being offered for sale and hold releases are communicated.
- Resolve auction transmission issues to OEM's Remarketing systems (UVIS).
- Ensure all vehicles are being offered correctly, the right customer and category code. Maintain sales calendar.
Skills Required :
Critical Thinking, Analytical, Microsoft OfficeExperience Required :Self-starter with strong analytical skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Resourcefulness, ability to solve issues and create long term solutionsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.Managing day-to-day business using web-based applicationsExperience Preferred :
Usage of a business intelligence / analytics tool like Business Objects or WebFOCUS.Understanding of how information technology is used to support business processes.Ability to identify manual processes that can be automated.Education Required :

Ensure all sales are reported daily. Hybrid (Expected to work 4 days a week in the office, and 1 day offsite)
