Quality Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality across the facility. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving ISO 9001 : 2015 implementation, enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ensuring best-in-class manufacturing standards. The position will lead a team of 2-3 Quality Supervisors and play a hands-on role in shop floor quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality for multiple manufacturing operations including automation, fabrication, machining, assembly, welding, painting, electrical, and material handling.
• Lead the implementation of ISO 9001 : 2015 certification, taking the company through the full process from planning to audit.
• Develop, improve, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive measurable improvements in quality metrics and ensure continuous improvement in processes.
• Build out and standardize quality processes across departments.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of Quality Supervisors.
• Actively engage with operations on the shop floor to ensure quality at all levels.
