Program Manager - L&I EEO & Workplace Culture

Job Title

Required Education / Experience : Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in project management, with demonstrated success leading initiatives in equity, inclusion, and workplace culture, employee engagement, or employee resource group (ERG) program management.

Relevant Work Experience : Strong understanding of compliance, EEO, and workplace culture frameworks, required. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, required. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, required. Familiarity with union environments and field operations, required. Proficiency in MS Teams and PowerPoint for effective presentation and communication, required. Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows environments and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), required.

Licenses and Certifications : Driver's License Required

Physical Demands : Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds. Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday. Stand to use / operate office equipment for the duration of the workday. The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
