Job descriptionAssist with the completion of various EHS related projects / tasks. Develop and implement various NA EHS written programs, procedures, and work Assist in ergonomic assessments and improvements. Conduct regulatory safety audits utilizing the iAuditor tool. Review, develop and implement specific EHS training programs. Assist with coordination and implementation of EHS related training. Audit all WH operational training program and report monthly (including EHS related and Investigate accidents and incidents. Create, maintain, and oversee the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis, and other evaluations as necessary. Maintain training records and OSHA logs and prepare periodic reports for review. Identify and take corrective action against activities that pose potential threats to Help design and implement the EHS programs and culture throughout the companys Minimum of 3 years of experience of EHS specifically in, with over 10 years of overall Bachelors degree program at an accredited College / University Environment, Health, & Safety related major is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Ability of reporting skill required. In-depth understanding of safe workplace practices and programs. Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations and other applicable EHS laws and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task.
