Vehicle Service Specialist

Join Great Lakes Quick Lube as a Vehicle Service Specialist. We provide top-tier customer service while performing preventive maintenance services for guests.

Role Overview

You will learn automation through our award-winning training program and perform tasks such as oil change, fluid check, tire rotation, battery replacement, light inspection, 18-point maintenance, and other preventive services.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, fluid checks and tire rotations.
Replace batteries and inspect lights and wipers.
Conduct 18-point maintenance checks.
Provide customer-focused service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Schedule flexibility and weekend availability.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and team focus.

English fluency (reading, writing, speaking).

Physical ability to stand, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, work in non-climate controlled environment.
