A company is looking for an EPS Installations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage installation services for new customers, including project analysis, assignment, and scheduling
Assist customers with issue resolution throughout the installation process and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
Drive process improvements and maintain documentation to enhance team efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in payments or back-office operations within Fintech or banking
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing remote teams
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability
Experience in fast-paced environments with strong organizational and analytical skills
Capable of managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
