Come join our team at Bascom Northwest Ventures, LLC, a Regional office of The Bascom Group, a national real estate investment company  with a 25 year track record.   BNW has a +$300M urban apartment portfolio located across the Mountain states, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.  Senior manager job overseeing the portfolio utilizing nation’s largest property management and contraction companies operate and upgraded our communities.  Dynamic work environment working with various company offices across the west.  Interface regularly with the top real estate management, construction, accounting and design professionals nationwide to maximize the value of properties the company owns.  Job with lots of varying activities from construction administration, third party manager oversight and working with company business partners including large financial institutions.  Strong computer skills, including MS Office, a must. Must feel comfortable navigating various computer programs and our cloud work platform where all data is stored. Ability to prioritize tasks and be self-motivated. As a critical person representing ownership to third parties, must be able to work independently with strong critical thinking skills. Person will be primary contact point for brokers / owners submitting new acquisition opportunities.

• 10 years experience in apartments industry with direct property oversight.  Preferred background ownership vs. 3rd party property management.
• Strong background in capital improvements / construction.
• Ability to work independently and motivate third party teams of consultants.
