Job description

A company is looking for a Growth Marketer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact levers in the client journey to improve acquisition funnel performance
  • Launch and optimize conversion tests across various touchpoints to enhance customer conversion rates
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop features that drive engagement, referrals, and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver significant impact through innovative marketing strategies
  • Experience with experimental methodologies, including conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavior
  • Experience with altered states of consciousness is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, writing-based work environment
