Schedule :

Monday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 7 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Thursday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Role :

Provide full-scope family medicine services.

Offer behavioral health, family medicine, and podiatry care to patients.

Serve an underserved population, delivering high-quality care with a focus on preventive health.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to improving community health.

Compensation & Benefits :

Starting salary : $100K + for candidates with no experience; increases based on years of experience
