Senior Customer Security Assurance Analyst

In this role, you will be a key contributor to building and maintaining trust with customers by ensuring their security and privacy concerns are addressed comprehensively. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to provide expert guidance, respond to inquiries, and support compliance initiatives. The role involves hands-on engagement with security frameworks, third-party risk management, and regulatory requirements, enabling customers to make informed decisions and feel confident in the platform. You will help scale security operations, develop enablement resources, and drive process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to impact security practices across a fast-growing, customer-focused environment while mentoring peers and influencing organizational standards.

Accountabilities

• Act as a subject-matter expert on the company’s security posture for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Provide high-touch support during sales cycles, including RFIs / RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, and customer calls.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, knowledge bases, and customer-facing resources.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Risk teams to address security requirements and improve processes.
• Monitor and communicate evolving threat landscapes, regulatory changes, and industry best practices relevant to customers.
• Scale support for customer security inquiries while contributing to operational process improvements.
