Your new role

As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of Industrial, Flex, and Office properties. This dynamic role involves walking properties, engaging with tenants, vendors, and ownership, managing financials, coordinating leasing activities, and resolving operational issues.

  • Approving property-related expenses and reviewing financial statements
  • Responding to tenant and client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Overseeing rent collections and CAM reconciliations
  • Coordinating move-in / move-out processes and property inspections
  • Managing vendor relationships and recurring services
  • Leading capital improvement and tenant improvement projects
  • Ensuring code compliance and maintaining building systems
  • Networking with brokers, owners, and community stakeholders
  • Participating in meetings and maintaining high ethical standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5–10 years of commercial property management
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, MRI)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of lease terms, negotiations, and property systems
  • Reliable transportation for property inspections
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach and a passion for learning
  • California Real Estate License
  • Bachelor’s degree
