In this position...

We are seeking motivated professionals with a passion for excellence in Manufacturing Problem Solving and driving robustness into the PTME Engineering factory. This position reports to the PTME Delivery team Program Manager as a DeliveryProgram Leader. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PTME program deliverables and will be leading PTME launch teams through all phases of Manufacturing Program Delivery from the early cost study phase through rate of climb (ROC)

Responsibilities

What youll do...

• Lead new program teams provide Program Engineering deliverables from Program Strategy Program Strategy Confirmed

through completion of Rate of Climb (ROC) by working with all engineering groups within Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) / Battery Manufacturing Engineering (BME) as well as Manufacturing Strategy & Advanced Planning (MSAP) Ford Land Industrial Engineering Product Engineering Powertrain Plants and Purchasing.
