Technical Success Engineer

A company is looking for a Success Engineer to join their global team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with users to understand their goals and challenges

Assist customers in designing and optimizing their Metabase implementation

Collaborate with technical communicators to create educational materials and serve as the voice of the customer for product development

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in writing production code, administering systems, and / or managing databases

Strong database and SQL skills

Expertise in at least two of the following : web application development, infrastructure management (Docker, AWS / GCP, etc.), or database management

Experience with BI tools is a plus

Experience working for an open source product is a plus
