The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth for its IT Managed Services business. The successful candidate will be tasked with scaling operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of world-class client services. This executive leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in operational excellence and a strategic vision for the future. The COO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, client success, compliance, and internal operations, while also being a key figure in client, partner, and Board interactions.
