  • Shift Details : M-F 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 - 12 pm, Closed for lunch 12-1

    • Key Requirements

  • Licensure : Active AZ license or IMLC certification
  • Board Certified : Yes, in Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology
  • Certifications : BLS required
  • Experience : High volume patient care experience preferred
