Mortgage Loan Officer

Join a growing team where your drive and expertise in home financing make a real impact! As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll work with warm leads from brokers, referrals, and company marketing to guide borrowers through the mortgage process.

From pre-qualifying buyers and explaining loan products to counseling clients on credit issues and maintaining close communication through closing, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping families achieve homeownership.

Base Salary and Commissions Depending on Experience!

Qualifications :

• Must have appropriate state license or certificate (varies by state).
• Must have a thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies.
• Must have a working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs and private investors.
• Must have excellent communication
• Must be a sales-oriented self-starter.
