A company is looking for a Client Solutions Associate to support internal and external stakeholders throughout the benefit implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sub-group of client implementations from beginning to end
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and update implementation project plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
Experience in a healthcare or benefits environment preferred
Bachelor's degree required; PMP Certification or similar certifications are a plus
Demonstrated implementation management skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
