• What You’ll Do :
• Lead divorce, custody, and modification cases from start to finish
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients
• Work closely with paralegals, intake, and client service to deliver a 10 / 10 experience
• Prepare legal strategies, handle court appearances, and settle when it makes sense
• Contribute ideas to improve our processes, technology, and results
• Who You Are :
• Licensed in Alabama and in good standing
• Minimum 1 years of family law experience OR 2 years courtroom experience
• Comfortable in court and in emotionally charged situations
• Detail-oriented, self-directed and hungry to take feedback and development
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a systemized or tech-forward firm

Pay : $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
