You will drive the strategic development, execution, and lifecycle management of products to deliver value, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. Collaborate across teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage timelines. Ensure alignment with market trends and organizational goals through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Optimize processes to support innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

About the Team : Zoom Meetings is the flagship product from Zoom with a mission to deliver limitless human connection. As Senior Product Manager, you will lead innovation in the core meeting experience, creating new user experiences across the meeting lifecycle. With AI Companion unlocking the value of meetings, we focus on driving the flow of information from conversation to task completion.

Responsibilities : Developing product strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive growth and meet customer needs effectively. Analyzing economical offerings and industry / technology trends to inform the strategy of the software products that Zoom is building. Driving through the product lifecycle. Collaborating with designers, researchers, and engineering on feature delivery, and working with go to market teams to bring new functionality to market effectively. Working with customers and partners to ensure that the solutions you define can be implemented and deployed effectively.

What We're Looking For : Demonstrate expertise in developing product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. Strong experience as a product manager for SaaS-based collaboration products, AI user interfaces, and a passion for delivering value to drive customer success.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $124,000.00 Maximum : $271,200.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
