Associate Account Managers
Position Summary :
The Associate Account Manager will partner with a Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow business within a designated territory. This role focuses on developing relationships with current surgeon customers and accounts, supporting patient care, and achieving sales objectives with targeted surgeons and accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute quarterly sales priorities and commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing surgeon customers and accounts.
- Call on and close business with a specified list of surgeons and / or accounts.
- Provide regular follow-up and customer support to surgeons and their patients.
- Submit orders and documentation using the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct in-office or virtual fittings and applications of prescribed devices.
- Record device fittings and associated components directly in the CRM following each application.
- Maintain a high level of technical and sales proficiency to meet surgeon and patient needs.
- Submit accurate sales projections and reports as required.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Adherence to all applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies.Ability to effectively promote and support products in compliance with product labeling.Understanding of insurance reimbursement and payer criteria.Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build lasting business relationships.Effective territory management using strategic planning tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., iLearn) preferred.Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of dental or B2B sales experience preferred.Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex medical technologies using an evidence-based approach.Travel Requirements :
Up to 95% local travel within the assigned territory.Up to 10% overnight travel for sales meetings and trainings.Compensation :
$55k base $35k variable
