Position Summary : As a Resident Services Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personal care, support, and companionship. Your contributions will make a profound difference in their daily experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience for residents, their families, and visitors.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Monitor residents’ physical and mental health, reporting any changes to Nursing Staff and / or Executive Director.
  • Respond swiftly to resident emergencies by providing first aid and arranging necessary medical follow-up.
  • Help maintain residents’ apartments / units in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
  • Promptly address calls for assistance and resident needs.
  • Provide medication prompting as assigned.
  • Assist with laundry and clothing needs for residents.
  • Support meal selection, service, and feeding as required.
  • Engage residents in activity programs as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records according to policy.
  • Complete monthly in-service education hours as mandated by state regulations.

Education / Experience / Licensure / Certification :

  • Current Massachusetts Nurse's Aide Registration or Home Health Aide Certificate.
  • Experience and passion for working with seniors.
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, peers, and staff.
  • In good physical and emotional health, and free from communicable diseases.
