Job descriptionLead Kitting Operations : Supervise a team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and organization of kits for production or customer orders. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the kitting team. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure all materials are available. Inspect kits for completeness and accuracy before they are sent to production. Ensure adherence to company quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to maintain the smooth flow of materials and resolve any kitting issues. Maintain accurate documentation and reports on kitting activities, inventory, and shift performance. Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues with kits, and ensure timely resolution to keep production on track. Experience : 2+ years of experience in warehouse or production environment, with a focus on kitting, inventory management, or logistics. Previous supervisory or team lead experience required, preferably on a 2nd or evening shift. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
