Are you passionate about electro-mechanical systems and love solving complex problems? Eaton’s EPG CHD EP Americas division wants you on board as a Facility Systems Maintenance Specialist for our third shift. Work hours are conveniently set from Monday to Friday, 10 : 30 pm to 6 : 30 am. Enjoy a competitive rate starting at $27.96 per hour, with an additional $.60 per hour for night shifts. We even offer hourly wage increments at 45 and 90 days!

Your Role :

Your responsibilities include ensuring our facility's machinery runs smoothly, contributing significantly to the company's mission of innovation and excellence.

Key Tasks :

• Execute troubleshooting, corrective, and preventive maintenance tasks for plant equipment.
• Inspect and observe machinery to maintain optimal functions.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on machinery including conveyor belts, motors, and electrical systems.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting on circuits and power systems.
• Strictly follow safety protocols and report problems promptly.
• Engage proactively in safety committees and initiatives.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and usage of spare parts.
• Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are in good condition and secure.
• Collaborate with operation teams to maximize machinery uptime and efficiency.
• Share knowledge through training and cross-training to promote team learning.
