Pediatric Home Service is a leader in home health care, committed to taking care of the child! PHS has been providing state-of-the-art home medical equipment, supplies, clinical respiratory care, and enteral nutrition services since 1987. We are seeking a full-time, experienced sales professional who will play a key role in the outreach for RT / DME, Nutrition, and Infusion service lines. Position : Healthcare Outreach Representative

Location : Minneapolis / Saint Paul

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Position Details :

We are currently seeking an outreach representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in order to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families.

Build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions.

Represent PHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies, campaigns, and presentations.

Identify and develop new referral opportunities based on market changes and community needs.

Conduct tours and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our services and patient population.

Partner closely with account liaisons and internal teams to ensure seamless communication between PHS and external healthcare professionals.

Track and analyze market trends, referral data, and growth opportunities to help shape business strategy.

Salary Range : At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The starting rate for this role is $75,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role includes monthly commission opportunities and performance-based bonus potential, providing the chance to further increase earnings while making a meaningful impact.
