Guest Representative / Front Desk

The Saint Paul Hotel in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Guest Representative / Front Desk.

This position greets guests and demonstrates exceptional service and hospitality while fulfilling check in, check out, and other guest needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Greets guests, assigns rooms and issues room keys, following room availability and rate parameters.
• Completes prompt and accurate handling of guest mail and packages.
• Correctly posts charges to accounts, computes bill, and collects payment.
• Answers guest inquiries pertaining to the hotel services and area attractions.
• Monitors the maintenance and cleanliness of all front public areas.
• Completes daily checklist and runs appropriate reports.
• Looking for part time : Flexible days. Willing to learn night audit duties for coverage purposes.
