Electronic IPC Trainer

We are seeking experienced and certified Electronic IPC Trainers to deliver high-quality training programs in compliance with IPC-A-610 standards . The trainer will be responsible for educating employees on electronic assembly processes, conducting certification and recertification courses, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct IPC-A-610 training and certification courses for employees and new hires.
• Develop and maintain training materials, assessments, and documentation aligned with IPC standards.
• Provide hands-on instruction in electronic assembly processes, soldering techniques, and inspection methods.
• Support quality assurance teams by reinforcing IPC compliance throughout production.
• Monitor, evaluate, and track training effectiveness to ensure skill development and certification compliance.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IPC standards, certification requirements, and industry’s best practices.
