Staff Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopaedic - Full-Time - Urgent hiring position - New Grads allowed

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our team at a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Henderson, NC. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering personalized, one-on-one care. The ideal candidate is passionate about rehabilitation, skilled in manual therapy, and enjoys working with post-operative and general orthopedic patients.

Job Description

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Provide hands-on, one-on-one therapy tailored to each patient’s needs.

Work closely with post-operative patients, particularly total joint replacements.

Treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries.

Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR).

Educate patients on recovery expectations and home exercise programs.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain).

Strong background in manual therapy techniques.

Experience with orthopedic outpatient care (preferred).

Previous experience using Athena (EMR) is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
