Job description3 plus years of experience as a recruiter or similar, demonstrating a solid understanding of hiring practices or similar work experience. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is desirable. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Desirable (but not required!) : SHRM or PHR certification. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, team dynamics, and specific job requirements. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain positive communication throughout the process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding. Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to contribute insights for effective recruitment strategies. Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates to gather feedback and improve recruitment processes. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Develop and implement creative and effective strategies to source passive candidates. Generate reports and metrics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.
