Salary : $41 / hour $45 / hour (based on experience)

Shift : Flexible schedule : Option of 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days

Bonus : $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description :

An urgent opportunity is available for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic and supportive team in Brattleboro, Vermont. This position offers a flexible day shift schedule with inpatient and outpatient caseloads. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' physical conditions and create tailored treatment plans to help them restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain. This is an ideal role for a PT who enjoys a variety of cases, values interdisciplinary collaboration, and thrives in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate patients physical health, mobility, and functional abilities
• Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based physical therapy practices
• Implement therapeutic treatments and monitor patient progress
• Modify care plans as needed based on ongoing assessment and patient response
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and business records
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and mentor one affiliating student annually
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, community outreach, and program development
