Effective December 1, Onsight Healthcare will be partnering with Ochsner Medical Center (Jefferson Highway) to provide employee shuttle bus services!

Shift Details
- Site Operating Hours
- 24 hours per day 5 days per week
- Starting Monday at 4 : 00am through Friday night at 12 : 00am
- Site Manager will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
- This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to coach / develop your team.
- As the Site Manager, the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.

Over the age of 21 years oldA High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredEligible to work for any U.S. employerPossesses a valid, in-state, active driver's license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)3-5 years of management experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or healthcare operationsExperience managing large teams (15+ employees) and overseeing frontline supervisors or leadsMust have 1 year experience with driving shuttles or large delivery vehiclesAbout You

As the Site Manager for our Shuttle Driving Team , you will set the tone for excellence at one of our largest healthcare operations. You will ensure seamless shuttle services across the Ochsner Medical Center campus, leading a multi-tier team of supportive leadership and shuttle drivers.
You'll work closely with hospital administration and your onsite team to ensure every interaction reflects Onsight Healthcare's "people come first" philosophy. From safety and scheduling to training and client relations, you'll have a direct hand in shaping the overall experience and operational success of the site.
