Investigations Intake Coordinator
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume) :
Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). One (1) year of full time experience in a related legal or human resources environment. Experience with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) law, including relevant policies related to Title IX and Title VI.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in a relevant field such as human resources, social sciences, or paralegal studies. Experience with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) law (Title VII), including knowledge of relevant policies and best practices related to Title IX and Title VI. Experience using case management systems to track and document reports and complaints. Experience conducting interviews in a professional or investigative capacity. Relevant certifications in human resources (PHR, SHRM-CP), investigations, Title IX, EEO, or compliance.
Brief Description of Duties :
The Preliminary Investigations Coordinator will play a crucial role in our commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive educational environment and workplace. This position will be responsible for the initial intake and assessment of reports and complaints related to equal opportunity and discrimination involving protected classes, as defined by University policy, Federal and State law. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in EEO law and a passion for creating a fair and equitable environment. Incumbent must have strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.

This is a Management Confidential position. This is a full time appointment. FLSA Non-Exempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
