Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and drive sales growth in the plumbing services sector. This role combines technical knowledge with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of plumbing projects and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client needs and develop customized service plans.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with plumbing technicians and service teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and agreement in CRM systems.
Provide regular status reports and forecasts for management.
All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction industries preferred).
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, services, or products is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in plumbing services, facilities management, or a related field.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform site visits and inspections.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortably navigate construction sites, including climbing ladders and exposure to varied environmental conditions.
