What You’ll Do :

• Provide Hands-On Care : Assist up to 4 individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, all while fostering independence.
• Provide Health Care : Utilize your skills to monitor overall health, transfers and assistance with developing, implementing and evaluating individual medical care and programming.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment : Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide : Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
