Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for a contract position at a middle school setting in Arlington Heights, IL. This role offers flexibility with options for a full school year or short-term engagements. Two positions are open, serving both elementary and junior high students, providing a dynamic and rewarding professional experience supporting pediatric populations in an educational environment.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation for speech-language services

Location :

  • Arlington Heights, Illinois (Middle School Setting)
  • Responsibilities :

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary and junior high students
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of sessions and progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning
  • Communicate regularly with parents and educators regarding student progress
