Responsibilities
Provides overall management of field operations to one or more projects, establishes field objectives and policies, safety, quality control, monitors construction and financial activities through administrative direction of Project Manager, as well as mentoring Project Superintendents
Manages all field operations
Creates and manages the costloaded project schedule
Coordinates labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications
Responsible for all labor and equipment costs, including input with the monthly projections
Identifies, evaluates, and mitigates project risk
Understands the contract documents to foresee problems before they arise
Communicates quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
Manages jobsite cleanliness
Assists the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings
Prepares daily logs
Assists in estimating change orders and future projects
