Fairview Health Services is seeking an Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics Oxboro located in Bloomington, Minnesota . Join our thriving multi-specialty practice which has been in the community for over 30 years.

Practice Details :

• 14 provider primary care practice which includes 11 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Patient encounters average approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Opening : 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
