Registered Nurse- Temporary Contract- Night Shift

ARMStaffing is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Oncology

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 3x12 hours (18 : 45 - 07 : 15). Every other weekend required.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical Oncology for a busy unit handling a diverse range of patient diagnoses. This role will involve administering chemotherapy and biotherapy while providing high-quality care to adults and geriatric patients.

Manage and monitor various patient care needs, including AKI, Sepsis, Cancer, and related diagnoses.

Perform blood product administration and IV therapy.

Respond to emergencies with cardiac monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias.

Maintain isolation precautions and ensure compliance with health standards.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing; Oncology experience preferred or willing to obtain ONC certification.

Skills in Chemotherapy Administration and Monitoring are preferred.

Experience in inpatient settings, with responsibilities such as colostomy care, peripheral line management, and wound care.
