Shift : Swing Shift (3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM)

Pay : $19.00 / hour + 5% shift differential

About the Role

Balance Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for our client in San Jose, CA . This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment in a clean, fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing or similar industries and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate production equipment using computer interfaces and control systems.
  • Input job parameters and monitor machine displays for accurate settings.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as :

LDI (Laser Direct Imaging)

  • Cutsheet Laminator
  • Outer Layer Developer
  • Pre-clean Machines
  • Load / unload boards and inspect for defects using microscopes (up to 60X).
  • Handle and mix chemicals; add solutions to baths or sumps as required.
  • Transfer solutions between tanks, totes, or barrels.
  • Replace and properly dispose of used filters and materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and process compliance.
  • Assist with basic preventative maintenance and data entry tasks.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or PCB industry experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and data entry.
  • Ability to stand 10–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
  • Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
