Job Title : Terminal Operation Specialist

Location :

925 Freeport Parkway, Dallas, TX

Work Schedule :

6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (Full-time)

Pay Range : $20 - $22 per hour

Job Responsibilities :

Communicate with DSPs (Delivery Service Providers) to allocate routes and adjust zip codes

Coordinate with departments such as Quality Control, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve operational issues

Analyze and resolve daily operational anomalies and improve workflows

Assist in managing terminal operation processes to ensure efficient and stable operations

Qualifications :

Prior experience in transportation or logistics preferred

Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and fast learner

Proficient in basic computer operations

Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
