The project is led by an experienced creative director and trailer producer who has already developed the concept and editorial vision. The editor will play a key role in optimizing recording and publishing workflows, managing post‑production, and advising on monetization strategies. The position is based in Los Angeles, with a hybrid work environment, and is initially for a one‑week engagement with the possibility of future collaboration.

Deliverables

Set up and optimize podcast recording and publishing workflows for a video‑based format

Manage post‑production, including audio and video editing, sound design, and quality control

Collaborate closely with the creative director to ensure alignment with the established editorial vision

Advise on best practices for podcast distribution and potential monetization strategies

Support the launch process, ensuring timely delivery of episodes and assets

Requirements

Proven experience editing and producing podcasts, preferably with video components

Proficiency in audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Strong understanding of podcast publishing platforms and distribution channels
