Job Overview :

This role involves supporting business projects by assisting in planning, execution, and evaluation under management guidance. It includes reorganizing the warehouse to streamline the inventory process. Shipping and delivery responsibilities entail coordinating logistics, labeling, and scheduling carriers, as well as unloading shipments using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts. Inventory tasks involve data entry for new products.

Addressing customer queries promptly via phone and email is crucial. This includes providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and handling product and shipping issues, as well as managing refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Data analysis responsibilities involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to offer insights for business improvements. Recognizing trends, implementing efficient ordering processes, and establishing reorder points are essential. Market research and competitive analysis contribute to identifying industry trends and opportunities.

Collaboration with team members is key for process improvement, aiming to develop efficient workflows. Additionally, social media management is part of the role, encompassing content creation, monitoring online conversations, staying updated on industry trends, managing product listings on social media platforms, and executing targeted advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Project Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of business projects under the guidance of the management team. Reorganization of warehouse to streamline inventory process.

Shipping and Delivery : Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling carriers / package drop offs. Unloading of new shipments with the use of pallet jack or forklift. Inventory of new shipments to include new products and entry of data into inventory management system.

Customer Queries : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information and address customer concerns or questions. Address product and shipping issues. Provide support for refunds, returns, and exchanges. Using discretion to conclude which orders warrant a return of refund for a variety of issues.

Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements. Recognizing customer and product trends. Implement efficient ordering processes to replenish inventory based on demand forecasts. Establish reorder points and trigger levels to automate replenishment when stock reaches predetermined thresholds.

Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

Process Improvement : Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient workflows.

Social Media Management : Creating and curating engaging content, monitoring online conversations, and staying updated on industry trends. Manage product listings on social media platforms and execute targeted advertising campaigns.

Qualifications :

Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
