We are an established professional run company with 15 years of experience in the industry. It is our belief that you should treat people the way you wish to be treated , which is the key to our success. We care equally as much for our Aides as we do our clients.

You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior experience is a plus.

Job Description

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Remind and assist clients with medication as directed (per NC state regulations).
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with transportation needs, including errands, medical appointments, and social activities (if applicable).
• Monitor and report changes in the clients health, behavior, or living conditions to supervisors or family members.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
