The role involves 24-hour call coverage with 8 hours onsite for consults, rounding, and procedures, managing approximately 10-15 patients per shift. The focus is on general GI, with ERCP and EUS preferred but not mandatory. The practice uses Athena / Medhost EMR, is supported by two APPs, and may include a hybrid schedule incorporating telehealth coverage.
