HydraPak Seals Inc. is looking for a machine shop laborer for full time employment.

Job Description :

Prepare material and work orders for machining using various saws.

Interpret drawings and work orders so the correct size, quantity and type of material is pulled.

Keep shop clean and organized.

Put away new material as it arrives.

Keep material inventory organized.

Learn to use manual lathe and mill for secondary machining operations.

Deburring parts after machining operations.

Assist supervisors with various shop improvement projects.

Operate drills, grinders, manual lathe, manual mill where required.(training provided)

We machine mainly plastics and rubber materials, and some metals.

If you want to learn the machinist trade this is a great place to start!

Qualifications :

Good math skills required.

Excellent communication skills.

Great attitude is a must.

Mechanically inclined.

No experience required.

Compensation : $16 / hr

Full time : M-F 8-4 : 30
