• The ideal candidate will have :
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager.
• Strong knowledge and experience in auto body repair, and estimating.
• Excellent organizational skills and technology skills.
• Great team leader that encourages and leads their team in achieving high quality and value for our loyal customer base.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, estimating.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
