About the Role

The Company is excited to announce an opening for a Vice President of Program and Project Management in the construction sector, specializing in federal contracting. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will provide executive oversight and strategic direction for all program and project management initiatives. This pivotal role involves leading and mentoring both regional and functional teams to ensure the delivery of critical construction projects for the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense in full compliance with federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in project controls, scheduling, estimating, field engineering, quality assurance / control, and testing, along with a successful history of managing large-scale construction programs under federal acquisition regulations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 20 years of experience is required, including at least 5 years in multi-program federal construction leadership.
